Hellgate Elementary, Montana’s largest independent school district, plans for future growth
Traffic on Flynn Lane backs up one-half mile in two directions and police run traffic control at the intersection. There’s a crossing guard with a stop sign and hundreds of parents nudging children toward the Hellgate Elementary School campus.
