TYLER (KYTX)-Changes are coming to parking downtown.The new Fair Plaza parking garage will charge one dollar per hour. Downtown meter parking will increase from 25 cents an hour to 50 cents an hour, with a two hour limit on all metered spots. New meters are also going to be installed with the option to pay by credit card. All meters run from 8 A.M. to 6 P.M.
