Talented Weston College hairdressing student in line for top title
Hairdressing is in the blood for Chloe Helmore, a British Hairdressing Student of the Year finalist from Weston College. The talented 19-year-old's mother, Tracey, is also a hairdresser and when Chloe finishes her Level 3 Diploma in Women's Hairdressing she wants to open a salon with her.
