A year later, friends and family of Boulder's Joe Cahill ask: 'What the hell happened?'
Joe Cahill's life came to a violent and inexplicable conclusion one year ago Monday, ended with four bullets to the abdomen shot from a Sig Sauer .40 caliber semi-automatic handgun in the front room of a stranger's shotgun-style home in a tough neighborhood of New Orleans.
