Tough Mudder claims Lehigh County man's 'Mini Mudder' obstacle courses infringe on trademark
The Brooklyn company that promotes Tough Mudder obstacle course challenges by encouraging participants to have the brand tattooed on their bodies, among other things, is suing an Upper Macungie Township man who hosts children's' versions of the races.
