What’s the buzz? One of two Jones and Payne salons in town, this is the small boutiquey cousin to the original Shoreditch salon, stitched into the side of the swanky St Martins Lane hotel. In keeping with its surroundings, it’s a good-looking salon that rocks the smarter side of vintage. They also offer excellent cookies with their tea (served on vintage crockery, obvs).
