WITH his long black hair and the eccentric fun he was having wielding his cutting implements as he turned a sea of black paper into a range of whimsical scenes, it's understandable that the Russian-born, Melbourne-based artist Fyodor Krasniy has conjured up images that seem to be straight from a Tim Burton film.
