CONCERNS are raising for a man from Dunmow who has been missing since attending a party on Saturday, November 29. Matthew Vernon, 23, of Knights Way, is described as white, thin and six feet tall. He has blue eyes and short, ginger hair. He also has a beard. He could be wearing a brown hooded coat and may also be wearing a Russian style furry hat.
