Blue Ivy has debuted a cute new hair style, as parents Jay Z and Beyonce apparently took some parenting advice to heart and did their toddler’s hair. The new hairstyle showed up during the summer tour for Jay Z and Beyonce. The urban news site MediaTakeOut noticed the new ‘do for Blue Ivy, noting: “There
