Based on my New Year’s Eve, 2014 is going to be a wild ride. By the way, whenever a new year rolls around, I always think of a joke a comedian whose name I’ve forgotten told on the “The Tonight Show” many years ago. The guy imagined a person talking several months after the first new year. Here is what he said: “Man, it’s March already, and I’m still writing ‘0’ on my checks.”
