**UPDATES** Hit & Run | Fly Out *DRIVER IDENTIFIED – On November 6th, investigators from the Crash Investigation Unit identified the driver involved in the hit & run which was reported to have occurred in Manassas on November 5th. Investigators learned that due to several factors, the driver of the vehicle was unaware that he had struck the child.
