Pop star Beyonce Knowles recently sent the Internet into a frenzy when she put up pictures of her new, cropped haircut. While women in the West have rarely shied away from going the pixie cut route, their Indian counterparts who are gradually embracing the trend, find it's not about a haircut. It has a lot to do with stereotyping. Shikha Kumar reports.
